Multi-Table Summaries from Absolute?

Is anyone else able to obtain MTT summaries from Absolute Poker through their hand history request system? When I request tournament hand histories (including summaries) they only email me SNGs and satellite tourney histories, and no mention of any MTTs that I played. Is anyone else having this problem?

I haven't seen anyone else mention this. Absolute really screwed up their hand histories a few months back when they stopped writing the summary information in the hand history files that they store on your hard drive. Usually requesting them via email does include the summaries though so this is probably something you should contact their support about.

I'm thinking of totally switching sites partly because of problems with tools like PT. I was either going to switch to Stars or FTP, is either one of those easier to use with PT2 or are they both equally seemless?
