PT not detecting tournament summaries

When I use the POP3 function to import my tournament summaries, it connects successfully, but then for some reason when checking through all the mail, doesn't detect the summaries in my inbox. I'm using GMAIL. The tournament summaries are there in my inbox, unread. I checked and didn't see another thread with this question so if I missed it I apologize. Thanks for the help.

That worked for the new tourneys, thanks! ...but what about the old tourneys that i've requested summaries for previously? Is there an easy way to re-request the summaries for the tourneys that didn't get imported?

Use the Auto-Request Tournament Summaries button on the File > Tournament Results - Manual Entry... > PokerStars window to request them for you.
