Error doing Vacuum/Full Analyze - PostGres

Getting the following error when I do a vacuum/full analyze.

What can I do to resolve this? I want to vacuum so then I can do a full backup of my DB.

I'm assuming I will have problems with backup, if this vacuum process is having errors ?

I followed the instructions to re-index all tables.

I'm still getting the same error as above when trying to V/A.

Do I have any other options to fix or should I just export HH files since my last backup (4 months ago).

If the reindex didn't fix the problem then that is what you'll have to do.
