Keep getting the same error slate 1000 or sqlate1000

Keep getting the same error slate 1000 i think. Im used to getting it at this stage so i just repair my database but its becoming a real pain now , it used to happen every orther week now i cant play a session without it happening. What do i need to do to fix this convert to prostage?

Sorry last question. I tried to get this years hands into my new database its only 150k i export to a folder then try to import but when i do it says no hands enterd becaue they already excist in the new database what am i dong wrong? i get a pop up after that fthe file name is a square, error msg unable to open file - version import (2.17'01h)

You need to use the File > Open Database window to open this new database and make sure that is the one you are importing the hands into.
