Hand Replayer has disappeared. How do I fix??

I just got a new bigger monitor to replace one of my 20inch monitors, so I'm running dual screens, not cloned or anything. As Windows is retarded, it will oftentimes put random programs and things you open off the screen, and you can only get to them by doing a couple different tricks. This can only be done when the program creates a process (or at least shows up when you alt-tab, as far as I know). Ever since I changed monitors, if I go into something like Game Notes tab and try to open the Hand Replayer, it doesn't show up anywhere, and since this doesn't show up as anything separate of PT2 (or if it does my program is broken I guess), I can't get it! I also cannot open up the window that just shows the HH text. Is there a fix for this?? Thank you!
