having problems when importing hh from stars and tilt.

Hi

Having trouble when importing hh.
I only use stars and full tilt..

I had a lot of hh in my stars folder. Almost every hand has a error :(

No turn found for tournament ****
No flop found for tournament ****
No river found for tournament ****

and so on...

But when i open the hand history there is a flop turn river in it...

Dont know what has happend..

Same thing with full tilt.

Hope someone can help :)
