Problem to read the complete hand history of important hand

Hello,

Since some days I have problems with the import of my poker hands from PokerStars.

I get the following messages after a hand is readen by Poker Tracker.

"Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 1 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported."

BTW, I recognise there is a newer version of PT around, but my version still show me version 2.17.02. If I am bought Poker Tracker some time ago, was there not a update included?

Ok, after I looking around in the forum I found the answer for the problem with not complete readed hands.

There are just 2 questions now:

1) I have PT version 2.17.02. Is there no function for an automatic update? It´s possilbe to update or deinstalling PT 2 and new installing the PT 3?

2) I am using Windows Vista and sometimes the stats where displayed in the small windows on the taskbar. Do you have any idea how to fix it?

1. You don't need to reinstall PT2, get this patch:

2. I don't understand what you are describing. Are you talking about PokerAce putting stats there instead of on the table? If so, you need to post this issue on the PokerAce forum.

For the moment I have installed version 2.17.02a Is there a update possible from version 2 to 3?

PT3 is not a free upgrade, if you wanted to register that you would have to purchase a discounted PT3 license.
