If you are the first to open then that should be counted as a pfbet.

Calling is not considered a bet so the PF AF is generally going to be low because you only have the option to raise PF, not bet. That is why there is an option to exclude PF numbers from the total AF because many people consider it to skew the overall number and they use the PFR% as an indication of PF aggressiveness instead of PFAF.
