Probleme pour importer mes hand history

Bonjour,
N'ayant pas utiliser poker tracker et cet ordinateur depuis un an j'ai reessayer hier avec quelques mains aue je venais de jouer.
(j ai rien modifier depuis un an et ca marchait bien auparavant).
Quand j'importe depuis everestpoker je n'ai pas de message d'erreur ca me dit 3 files read 0 hand history (il y a bien 3 files mais avec des hand dedans) mais rien n'apparait dans ma nouvelle base elle reste vide, quand j'importe avec pokerstars meme probleme.....
J'ai essayer de passer par files/import hand histories tournament summaries, pour les fichiers everest ca change rien toujours pas de probleme ni de main pour pokerstars j'ai un message d'erreur comme auoi files contain no texas holdem hand or unable to confirm what poker site the file come from.

Thx you for this quick answer but unfortunaly that no solve my problem, still 0 hand find (but in the folder hand history in pokerstar folder they are°and for everestpoker same problem.

Merci pour cette reponse rapide mais malheureusement ca ne change rien toujours 0 hand trouve alors qu'il y en as bien dans le dossier hand history de pokerstars pour everestpoker de meme toujours 0 hand trouve....

Not using Vista but windows xp actually

Open the PokerStars auto-import window.
Click the Enable Logging box.
Start the timer.
Play some hands at PokerStars for about 10 minutes.
Then click the View Log link on the auto-import window and copy/paste the text of the log file into a reply.

Hum finally fixed it, dunno what happened i just did autoimport one more time and thats worked (did it probably 50 times since yesterday and nothing) thx for help...

Hi, I'm having the same problem as the persone above. I'm using windows xp. Only installed pokerstars this week. Also installed the patch POKERSTARS PATCH FOR "No Flop", "No Turn"... ERRORS.

Hand history folder is ok I think (the pokerstars hands are in this folder and box is checked in poker tracker).

I clicked the Enable Logging box and view log is underneath.

Can you help me?

It's finding the files, is it giving errors? Does the yellow "!" show up next to the status area of the auto-import window? If so, click on the icon and let me know what the errors are.

Also, make sure you have setup Stars to save the hands in English. Click the help link at the top right corner of the PokerStars auto-import window in PT and see the directions it provides there.
