improting Holdem mangaer HH to PT2

Im using both Holdem manager and PT2 atm. I tried exporting HH file from HM but PT does not recognize it so I cant import.
Could you please help me out.

Is Holdem manager exporting the HH files in the original format?

EDIT: Also, what version of PT2 are you running?
Are you able to import hands 'direct' from the poker site?

HM exports it to a file called "Export Crypto08012008201213" all the HH arw in this file, which is a txt file.
Im running v. 2.17.02.
Im playin on crypto/ Interpoker. And yes i can import directly but i get an error message in the import every 5- 10 min.
"Error posted amount not a valid number for game #6245101573." this is from the error message log.

If you open the exported text file in notepad, does it look correctly formatted, like the original HH files direct from the site?
It will need to have the same structure - sometimes exporting can lose line breaks or introduce some invalid characters.

This error sounds like a regional settings issue, see here

What are the errors you get trying to import the exported HM files? Are they the same thing?

It seems PT does not recognize the file format of the HH file, it just says no new hands have been created since last import. I can send you both the whole error log and the HM HH-file.

If the exported files are .txt files then you can't use the Cryptologic auto-import windwo to load them because it's looking for .log files. Use the Select Files To Import button of the File > Import Hand Histories/Tournament Summaries window to import these files.
