If you claim to be missing hands then the only way to get them imported is to reimport your processed files. If you know you are missing hands from a specific date onward then you can just get the files from that date onward and reimport just those.

You should not have had any files in the compatibility files folder. You said the ptrack.mdb file in that folder was 10mb and had a date of July 21 on it which meant you had to have loaded hands into that file on that date which means PT wasn't running as admin when that happened.
