PT2 ERROR: Call SetTrans

Postby ibetmywookie » Mon Aug 04, 2008 1:37 pm

No data shows up and I can't access any information.

The prompt looks something like:

Database Error: -1
Error Text: Database transaction information not available.

Call SetTrans or SetTransObject function.

Any help is much appreciated,

Wookie

You must be getting some other messages before this, like when you open the program. If you are getting other errors, what are they exactly?

So the other error message is:

Error retrieving from the VERSION_INFO table.
-1305 - SQLSTATE = S0002
[Microsoft]{ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'version_info'. Make sure it exists and that it is spelled correctly.

Thanks,

Open the File > Maintain Database Names window and double-click on the name field of the database that is marked as the "Dflt" database. What is the file name associated with this entry that shows in the window that opens?

With Poker Tracker closed, try repairing the database following the steps listed here:

Still had the same error, I created a new database and loaded my hh on there and this worked. I will try to figure out the problem again later. Thanks.
