Error on Export Hand histories to file!

Hello.

I'm trying to export my PT2 database (2.17.02) to files and I Pt2 simply can't do it cause a pretty good amount of the hands are not exported.

This happends on both Betfair and pokerstars hands.

IT creates a log file with several errors looking like this:

"Unable to get hand history for game #298583900"

What's the problem here, what should i do?

Need help please.

P.S.: I've tried the repair a Poker database functionality (in case something was wrong) and it finishes with success!

The error means that the hand history text wasn't found in the hand history database. The main causes for this are...

1) these are observed hands and you have the option checked to not save the text of observed hands
2) you have copied databases files from one PC to another and failed to also copy the hand history database file
