Poker Tracker Trouble Importing Full Tilt Files

I am having trouble with Poker Tracker v2 importing HH files from Full Tilt. I have the folder mapped correctly. When the directory is empty, the auto-import states:

Starting import, 30 files found...
Import Finished - 30 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported.

The directory is actually empty so I am not sure why this is occurring. Previously there had been some error where the HH file from Full Tilt could not be parsed. I manually deleted that file because it was causing errors. Now it appears Poker Tracker is wiping out my HH files rather than logging them. One example is tonight I played 3 SNGs while having PTv2 running the auto-import in the background. None of my HH files were logged in the PT database and all of the HH files were deleted from my Full Tilt HH folder.
