PT Not Importing Stars Hands

Has been working fine and then just stopped working yesterday. I'm running everything as administrator. The hand history folder is pointing to the correct folder. PS is writing the HH in English. I haven't changed anything. I tried restarting PT several times and nothing. Yesterday I restarted the computer and it began working. Not sure if that is why it started working then or not. Tried that today though and nothing. Frustrating to just have problems start for no apparent reason. Any ideas?

Is it telling you that no files are being found?? If so, then you must not be running either PT and/or PokerStars as administrator or else it should be finding the files.

Right-click on the desktop icon for PT and select "run as administrator" from the menu. Vista should then ask you to cancel/allow PT to run. If it doesn't, it's not being run as admin.

Do the same process for PokerStars.

Open the Getting Started link under the help menu in PT and click on the PokerStars link for direction on how you are supposed to import these hands. If it still doesn't work then you need to provide more details that just saying it doesn't work.

My bad, I didn't think it was a problem with me and was merely seconding that an issue likely existed seperate from him not running as admin. I've been using PT for about 4 years so doubt I am being retarded, but its in my range.

I have english selected, save HH to hard drive checked to c:programfiles pokerstars hand history, likewise that is where they are auto importing from.

PT occasionally finds a hand, but misses the vast majority of poker stars HH's. I am having no problems with FTP hh's and PT3 is able to import the Stars HH's also. I am not running both at the same time.

Here is the error message:;
"Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 1 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported."
