Can't import files

I've played some hands on a different computer than the one I have PT2 installed on...

When I try to import the file i can't and i get the following message:

File contains no Texas Hold'em hands or unable to determine what poker site this file came from.

I exported the hand history from unibet poker and copied the file with a pen..Can you help me?

You'll get better support for PT2 in the PT2 forums, so I'll move this..

What type of file is it that you're copying?
Prima writes it's hand histories in a .dat file, so you'll have to copy that, and then I *think* you'll have to use the normal prima auto import to import from it, I don't think the generic import from file method will work.

That won't work - it's not a text file, it's a data file.

Please open the Help > Getting Started link in Poker Tracker and click on the Prima/Ladbrokes (Microgaming) link there for directions on how you need to be importing the hands from these sites.
