winpct.exe/player percentages

I have tried to download winpct.exe, but I get an error message saying that the folder JAVAREG cannot be opened. I thought at first this was a Vista user control problem, but apparently not. I appreciate that this is a system thing, not PT, but can anyone tell me how to get over it?

It doesn't work for Vista, you need to use the Win % button.
