problem importing ongame hands

I am trying to import hands from ongame but it gives me the following error.
Error - duplicate seats found for game #P4-77472876-37.
This error is usually indicative of the hand history information being improperly recorded in the PokerRoom (or skin) database file.
I have tried creating new database, without result.

Make sure you have the right SQLite drivers, install the drivers from this FAQ
