Ultimate bet Hand Histories

Hey, I am noticing something strange going on with my UB hand histories. Basically, I am opening up the hand history box on each table and the hands are being imported into pokertracker fine for the most part. What I am beginning to notice is that some of the hands simply aren't being impported and these hands are always the ones where I either lose money or win money (throwing off my overall stats). How is this happening and why is it happening only to hands where there is a money swing? I am going back to where UB is storing the hand histores on my computer and manually importing each table and constantly finding at least 10 or more missed hands. But even then its very tedious because as I play more and more, those saved hand history folders get filled up rather quickly. Please help me out. Thank you.

Are you using PokerAce HUD to get the hands? If so, check the files that are created. Are these missing hands there? If they aren't then you need to post this problem on the PAHUD forum, it's not a PT issue.

The hands are all there and I am having to import the remainder manually from the folder where acehud is writing them. Therefore, this makes it an acehud issue since these hands are being collected and they arent being imported. But one more thing I should say (may fix the problem immediately). When I first started on Ultimate bet maybe 3 weeks ago, I was under the assumption that poker ace hud would simply take care of the work by itself. However, when I got it all set up, it wasn't recognizing the tables. On the UB table itself, there is a hand history button as when I click it, acehud finally comes to life and recognizes the table. Could this be the problem? On the PT2 forum, Whiterider told me that there is no reason to be fetching hands in this way (complications could mount) and only acehud is needed. If this is the case, I guess I just need some direction as to why acehud wouldn't be recognizing the tables without me having to involve UB hand history fetching. Thanks.

Yes, you have to click the Hand History button on the UB table for PokerAce to work, see here
http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PA ... e=siteubet

PAHUD needs that window to be open, if it's not, there is no way for it to request the hand history.

These missing hands ARE there. They just aren't going into the PT database. Laast night 2 of my tables I had 30 percent of the hands not getting imported into PT so I had to manually do it by going back to the files created by ACEHUD.

Do you have the auto-import window running in PT? Are you using the "Force Import" button before you close the window to make sure all the hands written since the last import get imported? There is no other reason PT shouldn't be importing the hands if they are in the file, nobody else has reported any issues.

I haven't been doing that but i import hands every 3 minutes and there are times when 30 percent of the hands aren't imported. These couldn't just be hands not getting in from the last import. I'lll try it and see what happens.
