Hello,

I have been playing @ microgaming for multiple months now, and my Pokertracker has done just fine.

But since two days, it refuses to import new hands, and i cant find a solution.

This is the error given:

Code: Select all
!!! Database Error !!! SQLDBCode: 11  ;  SQLErrText: Select error: SQLSTATE = S1000
database disk image is malformed (11)

I hope you can help me!!

Many thanks in advance

Regards,

Kobrakai

This error means the GameHistory.dat file that the Prima site is writing your hands to and the file Poker Tracker is reading has been corrupted.

Open the Prima auto-import window and click on the Configure Database Files button. Make a note of the folder name where this file exists.

Then close both PT and the Prima software. Go to that folder using Windows Explorer and rename the file GameHistory.dat to GameHistory_bad.dat.

Then open the Prima software and play a hand. A new GameHistory.dat file should be created for you. Then you should be able to start importing again.

In the future, it's a good idea to use the "Reset DB's" button on the Prima auto-import window on a regular basis. This keeps the GameHistory.dat file from getting huge and it also will make the imports faster as PT won't have to sort through a ton of old hand histories the first time the timer fires on the auto-import window.
