Hi,
since the Partypoker relaunch i got the following error when i import my hands
"not a valid chip count for player xxxxx". i already looked in the FAQ but it's not because of the regional settings.

This hand loaded fine for me.
What version are you using? 2.17.03d?
Are you using Vista? If so, you need to be running all your poker software as administrator, see this FAQ

With PT open, go to the Start > Settings > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options window.
Are the setting English/US?
What are the settings in the "Sample" formats for number, currency, date, etc... on that window?
