Absolute MTT errors

I get an error when I try to import a text hand history sent in e-mail to me. I it and save as text file, but get an error when trying to import it:

Error updating TOURNEY table in function of _LoadResults(). -3702 - SQLSTATE = S1000
[Microsoft] [ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Field 'TOURNEY.summary_text' cannot be a zero-lenght string.

I have no problems loading sit-n-gos using the same method, only MTTs. What am I doing wrong? I have looked at the tourney summaries, but the look the same. Any help will be greatly appreciated! 8-)

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.01g from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:

I downloaded the patch and am still getting the same error.

This is probably because their email is missing the tournament summary information that used to appear at the top and bottom of the file. Can you copy/paste the text of the first part of the email before it starts with the hand histories?

What about at the bottom of the email. Does it list the player's places of finish there?

Can you copy/paste the text of this email into a file using Notepad and then email that file to me at support at pokertracker dot com so I can see what is wrong.
