PokerTracker

Hi, just started playing this morning and I notice that tracker is not importing some hands.
All the tables are being picked up but it only seems to be about a third of the hands from each one getting imported.
This is on stars. They have just had an update. Patch needed?

Ok, seems to being working now but I still have some files missing from before, can I get these?

I have requested HH from PS but some are still missing, help!

Did you reimport the files like I detailed in this post
