Player notes gone

Was doubting if I should post this into the V2 forum or the PT3 forum. But I believe this is more v2 related.

This is my problem: I had v2 which worked fine, I decided to buy the PT3 but I am not happy about it. Slow database, no poker EV possible, and most important I can't use there my playernotes anymore. So I for now, I want to switch back to pt V2. But now comes the problem. I see that I still have the few player notes of PT3 on my Everest tables (evendo I am importing from V2 now), but I want my v2 notes back on the tables, how should I do that? Furthermore it looks like I can't import anymore from v2, it says "No hand history files have been created since last update ".
(should I maybe mark the Enable loggin, there is standing that I only should use the option if instructed by PT support)

Last question, later I want to go to PT3 again, however when I look at the "export notes". There is no option for exporting notes from Everest poker! All the other sites are standing there but no sign at all from Everest Poker. Can this maybe fixed during the next update?? Because otherwise due to the fact that I play a very very long time on 1 limit, PT3 is useless for me because I "need" the enormous amount of notes I made of the players.

PT2 never has supported importing/exporting the notes for Everest, it only works for the sites listed on the Import/Export window and that only because these sites store their hands in plain text files that PT can read from/write to.

If you were making notes on players, then those notes should be stored where ever the Everest software stores their player notes.

Have you checked the hand history folder that you are telling PT to import from to see if there are hand history files in that folder?
