Computer freezes

Hi,
my computer is freezing everytime i play poker .
I couldn't find the problem so i turned PT off and know i can play without any problems, do anybody can help me to resolve the problem?

i tried these things but it didn't help, the problem not my PT is freezing but my whole desktop

The desktop just freezes the second you open Poker Tracker??? Or when it starts to import?

Did you disable the "Auto-rate players" option?
When did this problem start?
Does your computer use NVidia video drivers?
Are you using any other programs besides PT, like PokerAce?

The problem usually occurs after 5 minutes playing at the tables but sometimes not until 15-20 minutes, it varies...
I have also PA running, but i tried it without and the problem remained...

Is this a laptop you are playing at? If so, make sure that it's not overheating and that it has good circulation (i.e. it's not sitting on a sofa or something). If that doesn't help...

What site are you playing at?
What database are you using? Is it a PostgreSQL or Access database?

Try it with the "auto-rate on import" box UNCHECKED on the auto-import window and without PokerAce running.

Does your computer use NVidia video drivers?

i checked it once again out and it seems that pokerace is causing this problem, if i turn it off i can play without any problems

Please post this issue in the PokerAce forums, there is probably some settings that you have to set or turn off

Hi,

Exact same thing is happening on my computer. I do have Nvideo drivers but it wasn't a issue before. I have version 2. Also, as a current V.2 holder am I eligible for a free upgrade to PokerTracker 3? Thanks for your help.
