Bodog Insert error

I have a Bodog Insert error (been using Idleminer to grab the histories).
Errorlog from pterrorlog.txt:

This is caused by the Idleminer HandGrabber for Bodog not putting the player name in the hand history. Please contact IM support about this issue.
