Hi,

A lot of my hands from crypto are not importing properly - I get errors on a good deal where it says 'unexpected end of hand' and then they wont import. I have the most up to date patch - V 2.17.02....any suggestions?

These types of errors are generally caused because you have left a table too soon such that the entire hand history isn't saved and therefore PT cannot import it. When you want to leave a table, click the sit out box and then wait for the next hand to start dealing before you leave.
