DB Hand Import Error need help ASAP

"A database error has occurred.
DBCode: -1206 Error Text: SQLSTATE = S1000
[Microsoft) [ODBC Microsoft Access Driver) Cannot open database "|". It may not be a database that your application recognizes, or the file may be corrupt.
No Changes made to the database.
INSERT INTO hand_histories (game_number, site_id, hand_history, import_date ) VALUES ( 84, 2,
followed by the hh
i press ok it keeps popping up
