Hello,

PT is only showing stats from one table or sometimes no tables after a muti-table session. This has happened a few times in the past. I went to the c:/processed files folder and the missing tables have files in there up to 23:59. Then, anything after midnight is missing except for one table that recorded the hands as usual. Those stats for that lone table do appear when i go to review. They were all 6max .50nl tables on PokerStars. Can you explain/help what may be wrong and how to correct this?

What version number of PT2 are you using?
What email did you use to purchase PT2? I don't have a record of this one used for the forum.

I used to be at [removed by ptrack pat] but moved my account last year. I sent you an email with the new address back then.

I am using PT2 2.17.02a

It sounds like this is a problem with the PokerStars and not PT. If the hands just stop being saved at midnight and you don't see any new files for the hands played after that then there is nothing for PT to import. I've seen a few other users with a similar issue. You can email PokerStars support and ask them to send you the missing hand histories so you can import them.
