I opened poker tracker, for the first time in a few weeks and there is no data?

PT3?
Did you run PT3 since the commercial release? The first time you run the commercial release it will create a new empty DB for you. To use your pre-commercial DBs you need to be registered and re-connect to them.
Is the correct database active?

I don't have PT3 yet. I have version 2.17.02a

Ah, then you'll want the PT2 section of the forum - I'll move this..

You probably have a filter set that is preventing you from seeing the data.
Go to the Preferences tab and click the Remove All Filters button.

I had already tried that and that did nothing.

However, I realized that I was not running as administrator (Vista). When I ran as administrator it saw my data.

1) Right click on the shortcut for PokerTracker 2.
2) Click Properties
3) Click Compatibility
4) Check "Run Program as Administrator"

Less mistakes that way. :)
