New Ladbrokes Client

Postby Digi » Wed Jul 02, 2008 10:41 am

Ladbrokes have a new client as of this morning, and since then I've been unable to import hands. If I force read database after playing a few hands it tells me that there are no new hands in the database. Timer is the same.

I've tried all the usual stuff, resetting the DB, changing gamehistory.dat, and even reinstalling Ladbrokes, but to no avail.

Ladbrokes is still recording hands; I can view them within the Ladbrokes game history window.

Any suggestions?

What version of PT2 are you using?
What email was used to purchase PT2? I have no record of this email used for the site.

Hi ptrack pat.

I got the same problem since yesterday with Ladbrokes after Ladbrokes update. I use Pokertracker Version 2.17.01g

When I import hands it says: Starting import of 513 hand(s)... and after that it says:

Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 0 hand(s) were imported.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I have had problems since the client update as well. PT2 seems to treat cash games as tournament games and the importer is looking for a tournament reference for some reason. All my hands played at 50NL cash generated a message of the format:

7/3/2008 11:06:03
c:\program files\leisure\poker tracker v2\PRIMA_HH_11_20080703_110508.txt
Unable to get the tournament ID for tourney game number 1010183210...0.50 NL - Tournament) Real Money
AutoPRIMA (2.17.01g)

It may be something to do with the way in which Ladbrokes has set up the tables because only a few of them showed $ in the currency column of the lobby, the rest were blank. If some setting has been left blank perhaps it fools PT2 into thinking cash games are tournaments?

Just tried importing an observed hand of a table where the currency has been correctly setup in the lobby: same problem occurs when trying to import.

Hi Pat

I had no problems auto importing my hands after the new update of ladbrokes. However I tried to import some hand histories from a .txt file and i get the error: file contains no texas hold 'em hands or unable to determine what poker site this file came from.

i downloaded the patch and installed it as said but i still get the same error.

any ideas what to do, thanks.

Please post one of the hand histories from that file. They are probably formatted differently than what PT is expecting.
