Problems importing party sng summaries

hi guys,
since a few days it is impossible to "check POP3 E-mail" in order to import my tournament summaries. After checking the amount of messages and clicking "Import" PT tries to import the first summarie and is stopping without any error- message. The "Select FIles to Import"- function doesn't work as well. same problem there, PT is aborting without any message popping up. Whats wrong? :?:

You're saying this worked before? When was the last time it worked? Did you change anything on your end?

japp, it worked before, i havn't change anything...


edit: ok, i just had some wrong filter settings, now i can see all tournaments in the "tourney notes" tab, but some of them don't show the tournament winner. So, but how can it be, i see the tournaments there without having them successfully imported??

Party changed the format of the emailed SNG hand histories a month or so ago such that they no longer list all the winners (unless you are one of the last 2 players) and don't include all of the hand histories either, they stop at the point you bust out. So it makes getting the emails useless now, you are just left with importing the hands they store on the hard drive.
