Move processded files problem

My question relates to this FAQ--http://www.pokertracker.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=1373.

That question describles my problem well, but I'm just not entirely sure how to fix it.

This is the message I get each time I click on the FTP icon to begin importing:
Please note that you currently have 1031 hand history files in your hand history folder. This indicates that you have not been moving/deleting or allowing Poker Tracker to move these files(using the move processed files... option in this window) when you close this window.

It goes on to say that it is highly recommende that you use the move processed files option. And I do, always have. But after each session, the number always jumps up by 10-15. So instead of 1031 next time, it'll be 1045. It has gotten really slow. How exactly do I fix this?

What site are you importing from?
Are you using VIsta?
What is the complete name of the folder you are moving hand histories to?

What email was used to register PT2? I have no record of this one used for the forum.

Importing from FTP.

XP, not Vista.

Complete name is C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\Newer HH

Email was [email protected] I believe, but I graduated a few years ago and lost that email address.

Try setting it up to move the hands to completely different folder like C:\processed_hands. Open the auto-import window, Force the import, close the window and see if the files move.

Also, if you are playing tournaments at FTP, these files could be summary files that PT won't move, see here...
