New registration code

I bought a new notebook and I need a new registration code for PTv2. I sent an e-mail to sales@pokertracker about 2 weeks ago, but I got no reply. A few minutes ago I wrote another one. Maybe I'll get a reply this time, but I'd like to ask here anyway.

Is there some other, proper way to get a new PTv2 registration code?
