poker tracker 2 freezing

i just want my hu display to display some stats on my tables, but with poker tracker 2 i can't auto import hand histories to work properly, and everytime i try and fiddle with it it just freezes on me, i'm assuming that my problems at the auto import hh is the reason my hud is not displaying my stats

what can i do here?
