problem on first start

I start playing omaha and I would like to try Omaha tracker

I installed it but it doesn't start

it gives me this error:

"Error updating the product id. The error was: -3100 - SQLSTATE = 37000 [Microsoft][driver ODBC Microsoft Access] Sconosciuto

I've never seen that error, but look a few posts down in this old PTH thread and see of that helps:
