DL'd updates and patch. now not reg'd. help

Hi, I just saw today that there was an update and dl'd all 3. Now PTo is saying I'm not reg'd, etc.

I was hoping to use the code I used when I 1st got it. But can't even get to a place to register code.

help.

Whats My play here.

export all hands. deletee PTO.. DL new version again then re-register?
