One 7-game session on FTP refuses to import PLO hands

Hmm...the autoimport window reports importing the PLO hands, but they do not display.

If you are and it says the hands were imported, make sure you don't have a filter set on the Preferences tab that would prevent them from showing.

I removed all filters and sorted by table name. The hi-lo hands for that table are showing but not the PLO!

Further investigation shows that all hands are being imported. Here is the problem:

I have filter set to show today's sessions only. I played one FTP 7-game session on table Bernardo (6 max, deep). All the Hi/Lo and PLO hands are imported and appear in General Info, Game notes, Position Stats, and Summary (not sure about Misc stats). However, for Session Notes, only my Hi hands are showing today. For the rest of my opponents, EITHER Hi/Lo or Hi shows up in session notes, but not both.

Let me know if you still want me to open a ticket and/or send files.

This is a limitation of the current version of PTO. The session has to be one game type or the other, not both, so PTO will assign the first Omaha game type you play to the entire session. I will be looking into a possible solution for this, but not until we get the other FTP problems resolved since their July 8 update. Hand onto the hands for now. I'll contact you if I need them in the future. Thanks.
