Problemas al configurar PT4

Quería pedirles su ayuda ya que al intentar configurar el PT4 me aparece el siguiente mensaje

That error means you are not using the correct PostgreSQL password. If you don't recall the password that was used when PostgreSQl was installed then see this guide:
