Well like the last poster I also got a new computer ... i want to install pt4 on it. when i sign into my account i go to my account and it doesnt take me anywhere. just refuses to open.

how can i reset serial? and install with this bug // issue?

I don't see a PokerTracker purchase linked to this account.
