Hi there,
I've just red that on CoinPoker is now allowed for us to us HUD. Can Poker Tracker 4 support it?
I tried to take a look on the website and it is mentioned that we have to purchase the converter?
Is it how to it? I mean in order to use HUD on coinpoker?

To import hands from CoinPoker requires a third-party hand converter to write the hand histories PokerTracker 4 needs however a HUD isn't supported at this time. If you open a Support Ticket we can notify you of any change in that regard.

is there a possible way to use the converter on the PT version for MAC? I only have a Mac and therefore I cannot convert HHs to an adequate format and therefore not upload them to PT.
Maybe there are people like me ore meanwhile a workaround has been established.
I just want to be able to track my results and review hands, a possible HUD usage, if possible and allowed, is secondary.

Unfortunately hand converters are not available on macOS as this operating system prevents the techniques needed to generate the hand histories while playing.

You can manually import hands histories emailed from CoinPoker support into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.

I itried exactly that -> Coin support mailed me a hand_log.txt file. I followed your description but it exclusively produces those errors, e.g.:

Can I do any changes to the import to make it work? Thats why I searched for the Converter in the first place, that this method is not working.

The hands you posted import fine for me. Are you using the latest version of PokerTracker 4?

I just again downloaded and used the v4.18.8. This is open and I see the version on the top of my PT window.

I will describe my process again:
>“play poker“
>“get hand from disk“
>"select files“
>look for file -> click „hand_log.txt.“ -> „open“
>“import confirmation“ "size / time warning“ -> „ok“

Notice: The more often I doo it I see the „error“ count on the bottom left changes from try to try. of course I used the same file to import.
Yesterday it was 977
Now 837, but still „hands“ =0 and „duplicates“ =0.

Any ideas?
