I don't see an issue with the result you currently have in PokerTracker 4 as it matches the rake/fee structure applied by GGPoker for these tournaments.

Is there a setting that doesn't require detailed settings and will move in the same way as the bank roll increases or decreases?
I searched past forums and found many people who had the same question as me. Is there a simple setting that will move in the same way as the bank roll increases or decreases?
PokerTracker 4 doesn't have any bankroll management functionality - it tracks profit/loss.

The numbers you are giving here implies a $0.25 GGPoker Spin & Gold with no fees which would not be correct and I don't see how it's possible for you to be playing a Spin & Gold with no fees. A $0.25 3-max Spin & Gold tournament on GGPoker is raked at 7% so of the $0.25 each player paid only $0.23 x 3 would go towards the prizepool as I described earlier giving you the net winnings you see in PokerTracker 4:

If you are looking at PokerCraft the results there do not account for rake/fees so any winnings displayed there will not be net winnings. If your bankroll has changed due to any other factors such as bonuses that wouldn't be accounted for in the tournament results.
