changing hands from one room to another

[mcgreedy]

good afternoon I have a hand history that appears in the import files as PokerStars. However those hands belong to chico poker. How can I make the hands to be imported into chicopoker. Best regards

That would be a setting in the hand converter you are using to generate your Chico hand histories so please refer to your converters documentation or contact the software provider for support on how to do that. If the hands can be written by your converter in a Chico format then you would need to setup the designated hand history folder in PokerTracker 4 under 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Chico Poker' in PokerTracker 4 instead of under PokerStars.
