hud bugged since I load some hands

Postby practicum » Mon Mar 24, 2025 4:43 pm

Hello, yesterday I load some friends hands in my main database and all works properly.
Today I was cheking the hands from yesterday and the pt4 was a little lagy and it was not responding good when I was cheking my hands ( i wanted to tag some hands and was taking too long etc)
So I decided that to rebuild chache in that database would be a nice idea...
Today when I start to play , the huds where not loading properly as you can see in the image...

So I create a new database for my personal hands and I uploaded from procesed... the database is working good and I disabled the old main database but the huds still not working properly...

Any idea? I dont know what to do :(

I also deactivated all my existing databases and only played with the new database I created, and the problem persists.
I have to say that whenever I hit import hands while playing the first hand, I always get an error. Let me know if that helps.
Thanks.

So we can see what's going on here and the details of the error please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and follow up with you.
