cant auto import hands anymore or use hud

every time i click auto import hands i get a fatal error message that says unable to connect to pokertracker 4 database, ive uninstalled and reinstalled pt4 and postgres, manually deleted the files left behind etc, about 4 times over the span of 6 hours yesterday. Idk what to do idk where to look, has anyone ever dealt with this or fixed?

If you're using any security software please refer to the Security Software Configuration Guide to see if that helps. Bear in mind that setting exceptions may not resolve some security software issues so to rule that out you might want to try temporarily uninstalling any third party security software before restarting your computer and testing things out again. If the issue persists then please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle and PostgreSQL log files to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up with you:
