Registered Small Stakes version

I Today i registered my downloaded version as a small stakes. After inputting the registration code and starting the program I received a message stating I had hands in my database outside of the allowed range and they would not be allowed. Clicked okay on that, then opened my data base and no hands are being shown. However, I almost strictly play micro stakes and have played nothing higher since downloading PT4. What can I do to get my data base back? Thanks for the assist with this

Check that you don't have a filter enabled in the sidebar - anything in blue is filtered (if it's in blue even if it says "all" try changing to another option and back to "all").
Also check that you have the correct player selected in the player list and that you're looking at the correct cash/tournament section.

If you still don't see any data please open a Support Ticket and attach a screenshot of PT4 along with the PokerTracker4.log file so that we can see what is going on.
