Is anyone elses HUD resetting the amount of hands of all players on table to zero...mine's done it quite a lot. Sometimes after a few hands it will go back to proper amount and sometimes not. It can be pretty annoying when you get a hand which is 50-50 to play vs players to your left, so when all your stats on them suddenly become zero, it' doesn't help. Don't think it's a big fix though (all the notes from notetracker remain, which is helpful). Apart from that, I'm really happy with it so far..

The 'number of players filtered' setting in the Hud Options can cause that kind of behaviour. Check out 'Player Ranges' in the PT3 Tutorial: Configuring HUD Options - that works the same way. Initially we had default ranges enabled in PT4, and although these have been removed now if you ran a previous version you probably still have these in place. Try removing all the ranges and you will then always see all stats for a player (although once you understand the option you may want to keep it, as it allow you to see more relevant data for the number of players currently active).

Thanks for the reply...it's not ranges it's the number of hands. I can have 3K hands on some of the people at my table and then suddenly none. It's as if I just sat down at a table vs new players (every stat is 0). Maybe it will be ok on next update!!

That option can give that kind of behaviour - did you read the tutorial I linked you to?

Yes read link....think all's ok now as have played 2 sessions tonight with no probs at all...thx for help
