add "start import" to minimized PT

[dbabo]

Hello,
probably this has been requested quite a few times. If so - i apologies - my search skills need an upgrade.

Here is my tipical game play:
i usually play on one site for some time ( few weeks);
i don't really need to look and constantly change something in the PT
i invoke the PT at the beginning of the session and keep it minimized ( and importing HH ) until i'm done . After that i open it and review hands, make notes.

Based on the above here are requests:

a. add "Start minimized" option
b. add a menu to minimized to tray PT, where i can select the site and start import from disk
c. same menu as in b, add "Stop import from disk"
d. add to the same menu "restart HUD".

BTW, adding stats to the HH was an excellent step. Thank you for doing that.

Thank you.

I'll pass along these requests for you.
