Custom stat help: live avg stack to include hero?

Hi,

I see this question has come up before, but there is no answer and for some reason this hasn't been fixed in over a decade.

Why does the Avg Stack statistic in the table statistics group not include HERO? Why would I want that? I want the average stack for all the players at the table including me. I find myself constantly looking to the avg and it's often way off because my stack isn't included and I often have a substantial table chip lead.

So, since you haven't bothered to do this, can you please tell me how I can create a custom statistic with this info? And can you explain it to me like I am a 5 year old who doesn't know how to code and can't make sense of the difficult and user unfriendly way this has been set up?
