4.08.2 updating database

i am getting this for 2 hours and still running

2 questions:
- how long this going to take?
- do we still have to do rebuild cache in database management after this updating process is done?

We can't give an estimate because the work is done by PostgreSQL and how long it takes depends a large number of unknown factors. It shouldn't take much longer than a cache rebuild as that is most of what it is doing.

You do not need to run a cache rebuild manually afterwards - that is what is being done.
